Porcelain Bowls

€95.00

A sculptural porcelain bowl defined by tactile texture, an organic black porcelain finish, and a quietly modern presence. Handmade in Florence, it brings refined character to the table and the home.

Porcelain Bowl (Set of 2)

Refined, tactile, and distinctly contemporary, this porcelain bowl lends a sculptural elegance to everyday use. Its surface features informal decorative gestures in black porcelain, while the glazed interior adds depth, light, and practicality.

The organic-looking finish is created in black porcelain. Each piece is made through a special slip-casting process using custom-designed moulds, enhanced by 3D-printing technology in the prototyping phase. This approach ensures consistency in production while preserving the individuality of the design. The result is a porcelain object that feels both precise and expressive: modern in method, artisanal in spirit.

Handmade in Florence, this bowl is suited to serving at the table or standing alone as a decorative accent. Limited edition.

Claudio Campana

Born in 1992, Claudio Campana trained in History of Art at DAMS Bologna, graduating in 2016 before turning his attention to the study of traditional artistic techniques. He specialised in Artistic Moulding at Sermig in Turin in 2019, deepened his practice of scagliola from 2020 under the guidance of Master Mauro Patrini at the European Centre for Restoration in Thiene, and in 2023 further specialised in Production Techniques for Design at the Experimental Ceramic Center in Montelupo Fiorentino. He currently works in Castelfiorentino, near Florence.

Since 2019, Campana has developed a multidisciplinary practice that brings traditional craftsmanship into conversation with contemporary design. While his research spans different artisanal techniques, porcelain holds a central place in his work. Each piece is made through a special casting process using custom-designed moulds, enhanced by 3D-printing technology in the prototyping phase, ensuring consistency in production while preserving the individuality of the design. Rooted in gesture, technique, and an evolving dialogue between handwork and innovation, his practice reflects a precise and quietly experimental approach to making.
